Reports are submitted securely through Microsoft Forms. Access to submissions is strictly limited, with only the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer of MKC Communications authorised to view and manage reports. Where appropriate, reports will be handled in accordance with the Irish Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022. You may choose to submit your report anonymously, and any personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
