DRINKAWARE.IE IS HEADING TO OXEGEN

drinkaware.ie today launched their Festival Survival Campaign with the announcement that this year they will have an on-site presence at the Oxegen festival.

This year drinkaware.ie will be joining the action at the Hot Press Signing Tent.

Renowned as the spot where top Oxegen acts will sign just about anything, drinkaware.ie will be on standby to assist with phone charging units to keep you connected, water to keep you refreshed, plus plenty of giveaways and competitions over the course of the weekend.

In conjunction with Hot Press, drinkaware.ie will be giving away an extra special souvenir to one lucky festival fan. Over the course of the weekend top acts will sign a giant Hot Press Oxegen edition cover.

Fans will be specially photographed in the Signing Tent, with the shots uploaded to hotpress.com. Entrants can then identify themselves in photos and send a caption on their finest Oxegen moment. The best caption will win the ultimate festival memory – the one-of-a-kind signed cover.

Our presence at Oxegen builds on this relationship with festival goers".

Festival Packing Tips - The Essentials

Baby wipes and hand cleansing gel: The festival equivalent of a bath in a packet and clean hands in a bottle.

Bog Roll. The best festival currency: the truly desperate will trade just about anything for a few clean sheets.

Water. Bring some with you and top up using festival taps. Alcohol will seriously dehydrate you and a clouded sun will make it worse.

Rain Poncho: Let’s face it, this is Ireland. The truly dedicated may stretch to rainproof trousers.

Sun Block: Because just as you don your poncho, the sun may appear and lobster is never a good look.

Plastic Bags and Tape: Plastic bags can make shoe covers, seats or a patch for a leaky tent.
