Campbell Catering retains Education sector contracts worth €7million
Campbell Catering, a division of ARAMARK Ireland and leading provider of contract catering services, has successfully retained four major contracts in the education sector to the combined value of over €7million.
Campbell Catering will continue to operate on-site restaurants and cafés at National University of Ireland Galway (NUI Galway), Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT), University of Limerick (UL) and at the Institute of Technology in Tipperary feeding approximately 30,000 students and college staff every day.
Donal O’Sullivan, ARAMARK Ireland Client Account Manager, Education said, “We are committed to providing food which is nutritious, appeals to modern tastes and most importantly is great tasting. We endeavor to maintain the high quality we currently deliver at NUI Galway, GMIT, IT Tipperary and UL and look forward to working with these colleges and developing our partnerships further.”

The well-being of our students and staff is particularly important at UL and we wish to ensure that we keep up to date with the changing trends in food service and requirements.
